Untuk rekod,Aidil dan Zarema berkahwin pada Mac 2014 dan dikurniakan dua cahaya  mata lelaki.

Terdahulu, Aidil pernah berkahwin dengan pelakon, Rita Rudaini pada tahun 2008 dan bercerai pada tahun 2013.

Hasil perkahwinan tersebut, mereka mempunyai dua cahaya mata lelaki, Airit Rayyan Rizqin dan Airit Qaqa Arjuna.
